Refunds and Returns

 

We strive to deliver the best products possible and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.   

Our product information is clearly described in each listing.  Each candle is hand-poured and quality checked prior to selling it to you.   All sales through Adore Designs are final and refunds are not offered.

However, if you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us at cat@adoredesigns.com.au so we can resolve the matter with you. 

If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, we apologise.   Please contact us at cat@adoredesigns.com.au within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.  Products will only be exchanged if goods are returned undamaged, unused and still in the original packaging.

Once you have contacted us and we have confirmed your original order we will arrange for your exchange product within 5 working days.
